8 oz chocolate (dark or milk, the choice is yours!)

Then simply dip the strawberries into the chocolate. To do this you can use tooth picks, a skewer or hold onto the stems of the strawberries. Keep in the refrigerator until you and your guests are ready to consume them! Alternatively you could serve the chocolate in a fondue and guests can dip the strawberries themselves. Don't forget the champagne if you want to add some glamour.
